Yes - probably. MS can affect swallowing. Weird as it sounds, you may need to be referred to a speech therapist, as they don’t only deal with speech, but with the mechanics of the mouth and tongue. You need to tell GP, neuro, or MS nurse, for them to decide whether anything needs to be done.
