Hi has anyone had dealings with support groups , i telephoned them a while back and the guy said yep youd be very welcome i will pass your number onto the guy tonight so i said thanks and waited for the call no call came i then receive my membership pack and it says in 10 days your support guy will ring you and yet 2 weeks on from that nothing , i dont wanna ring again as it may come across as pushy but id really like to get to know some folk in my position and spend sometime talking and giving folk some of my time while i am still able to
Afar superior help line is the MS-UK counselling service on 0800 783 0518 - press 1. I think it is quite useless to have an answer phone or; like you someone promises to ring you back
This is the old MSRC open 24 hours a day and you talk direct to a real person. This is the way it used to work so presume it’s the same.
Its just a shame as i was after meeting folks the same and sitting and talking and perhaps helping those that suffer way more than me but thanks for the number i will jot it down for future ref
