Strange feelng on wrist

Hi All

I dont post on here very often but I do look in nearly every day

I was woundering if anyone could help or explain to me I get this feeling on my left wrist as though I have an elastic band / something tied round the wrist but there nothing there I used to get it 2-3 times a week now its 3-4 times a day

hi mark i used to get that feeling too. i used to shake my hands to try and get rid of the feeling. i presume its nerve damage doing the dirty on us.

Quite often,it goes away after a while.You take care.

Yep, I get this quite often. Feels like someone is holding my wrist but it goes away after a few minutes.
