speech device

I have Progressive MS and my speech is virtually unintelligible.
I did a search on artificial voice boxes and discovered the electro larynx which I dismissed as unsuitable for me because my breath flow is too weak. (I can’t even blow out a candle!).
However I can obviously allow minimal airflow through my voice box just not enough to speak. In your opinion, would some kind of electro larynx device work for me?

Hello, I have a similar problem but have found some people on the Parkinson’s UK Facebook page and on their Website Forum that also have similar problems so it may help if you take a browse . Not suggesting for a minute that you may have Parkinson’s but both have similar problems.
