Spasticity Help

Anyone get MORE spasticity from yoga, stretching etc?

Hi

I don’t do yoga anymore (we used to have a regular session at the office pre-covid). I do Taekwon-do and we do a lot of stretching at the end of sessions, that and the stretching the physio has me doing.

I haven’t developed more spasticity as a result, the initial stiffness after being still for a period of time after a training/stretching session aside, but that eases up after moving about a bit.
