Hi All. Just wondering if anyone with MS does Yoga, and have you noticed any benefits since doing it with your mobility ? Am thinking of starting it but not sure as my right is not working properly just now, I was wondering if the stretching etc; would be good for it, and try and destress myself if it arises.
