Hi All. Since finding out last week I “probability have MS” (from Nuero) I have some walking issues since my last attack I defo want to see if I can get my health back to a good condition again, I bought a book on Yoga yesterday I read some of it and I want to try it out, just wondering if anyone here does Yoga and have they felt any benefits in doing it ? I want to be able to feel content within myself, I want to be able to de-stress when I feel the need to, I have read stress don’t really help you when you have MS, so anything to try and help myself will be good. I would be greateful for any feed back good or bad. Stephen.
