Lozzie, I tried Fampyra on a 4 week free trial, took for two and had every side effect going and it wiped me out for quite a whie after! and yes it made my walking worse, legs felt a little looser but also weaker! Gabbapentin didnt agree with me either, Stem cell next!!!
