Smashing It

Hi everyone :smiling_face:

Today is 6 weeks no smoking (weed and fags) and by the end of the week it’ll be 10 weeks no drinking for me

Feels so good to say/type that

I’ve also been going to the gym regularly, and I’m gradually lifting heavier weights and doing the full time I’m meant to on the cardio

Still early days, but I’m cautiously optimistic - I love it when a plan comes together
