Hi I am looking for some advice, I had a viral cough in January which triggered a relapse, which I have just got over in August, but now I have shingles, was wondering if this will trigger another relapse or not, anybody have any experience of this or know anything about this, it would be a great help to me

A few years ago - someone on here did a ‘poll’ to find out who of us had suffered with Shingles [herpes] - Glandular fever and l think Vertigo, before or after being diagnosed with MS. The response was staggering - as it seemed to be most of us. l had vertigo and shingles just before diagnosis. And l have had shingles twice since. lts a nasty,painful thing.
i had shingles in my teens.
no pain, no sickness just a perfect line of blisters across my left shoulder blade.
as it happens my left side also gets most of my ms symptoms.
weird as i remember lots of strange symptoms from my teens up to my diagnosis at 50 yrs.
