Sending our Love from Michelle and Frazer

I just wanted you all to know that I’m think about you, I have so many friends on here , I have never met any of you in person but still love you all. Thank you for all of the ongoing support. Please stay safe. I’m trying to think of at least five things to be grateful ever day. I’m praying a lot and thankfully have a good network of friends. I’m fortunate being one of Jehovahs Witnesses we have support from our Congregation and also from all over the world. I’m no longer able to do my volunteering on the Jw.org cart because for now any door to door and literature cart work has been stopped. Frazer is missing all his doggy friends. We used to see so many dogs and their lovely owners while we were volunteering on the Jw.org cart, I hope that they all stay safe . It’s amazing how you get attached to people even when you only spend a few minutes with them while they are walking their dogs. Please take care everyone and if any of you have any tips of how keep Molly 18 (Autistic) happy let me know. Please feel free to private message if you want to. Love from Michelle and Frazer xx

Thanks Michelle.

These are strange times and illustrate the value of our faiths. The angels are with me but they’re telling me to slow down and be patient.

Hi Michelle

It really does feel strange and something we have never experienced before, so none of us know how it will pan out.

I just wish the very best for everyone and hope we all come out the other end, sorry I am not religious, times like this I wish I was.

Stay safe everyone xx

Hi Pam, I used to wish I had faith too… but it’s amazing how faith can come. If you start praying you will soon feel a difference.

Praying for you,

Lots of love, Pat xxx

I lost faith with the church I was christened in as they didn’t want to christen my daughter as I was getting divorced. They were quite arrogant. I class myself as a Christian and try to be good to others and pray. My daughter belongs to and is very involved in a modern church and after helping them with costumes for their nativity they’ve kind of adopted me.

They are all lovely people and keep in touch but don’t apply pressure. I’m always welcome to join any activity etc and they’re restoring my belief in the church as an institution. I find I’m praying or just giving thanks for all I have in my life. I too give thanks for all of you.

Like Michelle, I haven’t met any of you but your friendly posts and advice means a lot. Thanks everyone

Cath

Thankyou Michelle and \Frazer.

Is Frazer getting into the garden (if you have one), for some air and frolics. My little Sophie has never been walked, due to me being so incapacitated. She is so small and runs and plays around the house and garden. She loves to play ball and fetch.

In my previous visits here some years ago, I did meet up with about 5 members…only 1 is still frequenting the forums ie greenhouse aka Jean. Wet met for a coffee in Huddersfield.

The others were theorising aka Mary from near York, yawn aka Brenda from another bit of Yorkshire and bradford lass aka cant recall, and candystripe aka Cindy from Bradford.

I wonder how they are all doing. Oh I do get a christmas card from Mary.

Our gang here are a great group and we support each other well. Some housebound folk (before the CV lockdown) only ever had this group to talk to.

It`s great to be back.

I’m so glad that you are back too Boudica , I always love reading your messages . Frazer has been playing outside in our garden . We are very fortunate it’s quite a big garden so he has plenty of space to run about. It’s a beautiful day today and sunshine is amazing it’s just sad that now the rain has gone we are all in lockdown. Its lovely how you got to meet some of the group in person . I always wanted to meet people on here. Steve Snore comes from near Frodsham, I hoped I’d bump into him one day . Some members have sent me pictures via email which have been lovely. Take care Frazer says woof to Sophie xx Love Michelle and Frazer xx

Thanks Pat you are right . We have a Congregation WhatsApp group where we all support each other . Our Elders have set up zoom so we can have a meeting …it was brilliant on sunday so many of our brothers and sisters from Kingdom hall joined the zoom . We were all waving at one another it was fabulous, it makes you feel included and loved . Our elders are regularly in touch with all of us arranging to deliver food and prescriptions and help with whatever we need . We have our Thursday night meeting tomorrow on zoom . I cant wait . I’m so glad that you are back on here Pat . How is your brother ? I hope that you can still manage to support him , I was really touched by how you took him under your wing. Its lovely to hear from you Pam, I hope you are managing to stay safe and you dont feel too isolated , its times like this that we need each other . Even if we cant see each it helps to know that we all care . Love Michelle and Frazer xx

Hi Steve , you made me smile , make sure that you slow down . You can still have fun even if you cant go on your cruise. I know that you are so adventurous, it must be hard staying in . I always love hearing about your travels , you have such an exciting life . Please send some more recipes, I remember you sending some before . I’m particularly great at cooking but Lee is and Isabelle my 17 year old made a fantastic ratatouille last night . I’m vegetarian but the rest of my family are meat eaters . Take care Steve…please send some blogs I love reading them . Love Michelle and Frazer xx

Take care everyone. Please make sure everyone self isolates.

I do not have faith. I do however hope we come through this a better more understanding world. The world is a fantastic place. It is the humans who are sometimes painful. Never the natural world…xx
