New one, people on planes that think stewardesses are there just to serve them drinks and food, and seatbelt signs don’t apply for them. Tosers. Lovely and sunny in Miami btw, and disabled assistance this side of the pond is omg amazing. Charlie.

Enjoy watching running - high jump - BUT Javelin Discus Hammer Hop-step-jump - Just what is the point of these competitions. Same with the 100K cycle races - why don’t they just do 50K - and what is the Madison and Omnium all about? And why are sports-women supposed to ‘Inspire’ other women when we never hear of sportsmen being an ‘Inspiration’ to other men? Marek (feeling a tad grumpy this morning!)

At Scott’s restaurant in Mayfair there is a disabled toilet on the main floor. But servers will often tell you the rest room is one floor below in the basement, even if you walk with a cane, like me. I spotted the main floor disabled rest room and now I just go to that. But three times that I did, I had to wait as long as 20 minutes, and when the door finally opened, it was always a waiter! They were using the disabled rest room for their breaks, or to change,or to shave, or something. I complained to the restaurant and the next time we ate there, it was empty.
The Dover Sole is rather good though, isn’t it?
