Pls does anyone know whether increased fatigue and muscle tightness automatically means a relapse? I normally have both on and off every few days to a mild extent but just recently they’re much worse and more frequent. I’ve had a cold n sore throat but can’t think of anything else which might affect these symptoms adversely, can a cold do that?

I often have an exacerbation of MS symptoms when I am under the weather, including increased numbness, stiffness and certainly fatigue. I find the symptoms wear off as the cold does, although I often don’t feel back to normal for a couple of weeks afterwards.
