Hi, I am sorry to hear of your pressure sores…it is something I`ve never had, but fear them greatly. My carer checks, moisturises, and dresses any redness or soreness daily.
I have a profiling bed with a pressure care mattress, which my district nurses organised.
Have your`s not mentioned this?

Hello Alysea.
You have certainly had some bad luck with your health. My current OT and physio are trying to address the danger of pressure sores. I try not to stay too long in the same place. I’m not active and I only have a few places where I can sit. It’s a struggle to move but I believe it’s helped prevent the sores.
Best wishes, Steve. x
Thanks Sreve x
