Has anyone had a relapse while pregnant? Im 31 weeks and feel awful i was diagnosed a year ago today after mri scan my worst symptom is vertigo while sleeping even with 6 pillows its waking me is there anything i can do to prevent the vertigo? Even sleeping bolt upright doesnt work i was taking prochloroperazine until i got to 28 weeks had to stop as no medication allowed in 3rd trimester
Hello, Do you have an MS Nurse you could contact? Or your Midwife in case something with your pregnancy is affecting the MS? I.e blood pressure, temperature. Just a thought but I wouldn’t leave it. Very best wishes. Sam x
Thanks for reply i dont have a ms nurse yet and the midwifes dont seem to be much help i had severe vertigo a few months ago i rang midwife and they just said to get doctors appointment i suppose its just one of those things hopefully will go soon as i also have a 4 year old x

I think you can slef-refer to an MS nurse. I was diagnosed earlier this year and I’ve already seen mine (about 2 weeks after diagnosis actually). There is a link here where you can look yours up:

Thankyou ive had a few neurologist appointments since diagnosis i had one booked for december but like usual it got cancelled my appointment was moved to february 10th a week before my csection hopefully they wont cancel that too
