Hi Rag Doll 34, I sent my claim 16th October and have had not heard from them, I have had to phone them to check my claim has been registered and how it is progressing. I’ve been told it’s been referred to ATOS and it will be mid February at the earliest before I get an ATOS interview. As soon as I have my interview I will post again and let you know how it went. Like you I’ve never claimed before so don’t know what to expect. Take care Penny x
Sent my claim back to meet an August 16th deadline and over the past months have phoned 3 times to chase up, when I have eventually managed to get through I have been told it’s being processed. Stopped chasing them in Dec and have heard nothing back.
