Hi Jo when you are at St George’s ask the doctor there to write you a letter in the mean time start your diary and take it with you to the hospital.

Hiya,

Thanks for your advice, I’ll make a start on the diary as I have 2 weeks until my hospital Physio appointment and just under 3 weeks until my St Georges appointment so I’m sure I’ll have plenty to write about.

I must be off now to get ready to watch the last episode of Endeavour starring the hot Shaun Evans.​
