I’ve got my first neuro physio session today…hope it helps this left leg. And hope I’m being wise in having a session so soon after the relapse or does it not make much difference really. I would assume this session is just more a consultation session. I finished my steroids a week ago. Left leg still not it was before and beginning to get concerned that its wishful thinking that it’ll get back to what it was wondering now as I’m not on an meds whether its coming time to consider them …this is gong to be a massive thing for me if its DMDs as I hate needles
. Just thought I would share these thoughts with you all as you may offer advice or reassurance as your all so good at that

Hi, I started neuro physio last year, first appointment was a consultation with some time spent doing tests on various muscles…was very impressed and really looked forward to my next appointment. So different to a normal physio…seems to have a real understanding of MS in relation to muscles. I found a weekly appointment too much…need time to get the new excessive into my dopey old MS brain…beside the fact that a trip out seems to take so very long to get over these days. Still can’t walk far but that’s due to being so exhausted…my legs are definitely so much stronger…getting up from a sitting position is now far less wobbly and so much less painful…my husband was so shocked to see me get up from the sofa without help after a few months of sessions. So worth the effort of going Hope you benefit from your sessions as much asI did
Sorry! Should read get the new exercise in to my brain …auto correct drives me mental sometimes!!
