Polly maybe that is something you should mention to your dr as may make all the difference to you, worth a try, what type of MS do you have and how long have you had it for?

I have ppms and was diagnosed last August but have had symptoms for. Years but it was put down to having a bad back but my walking was getting progressively worse. So was referred for a back scan which came back clear. Then was referred to a neurologist who sent me for a brain and neck scan and then was diagnosed with ms

Hi Pat and thank u for the welcome I’ve been reading and everyone seems so lovely,I’m still navigating around it seems to be taking forever but I hope to meet lots of friends .

Hello Kim,

Iv’e only just seen your posts so welcome to the forum. i’m relatively new here and still in Limbo, but feel very accepted here and I feel I have more in common with this group than the other ms forums. Iv’e been a wheelchair user for nearly 3 years but have some mobility in my home…Furniture walking ect. I have a lovely husband and 7 children nearly all grown up our eldest is 28 and the youngest 13, and i have a fabulous assistance dog called Frazer…He’s absolutely gorgeous he’s a golden retriever and is very handsome. Oh and Iv’e just become a Grandma to Naomi and Laura they are Identical twins and are nearly 3 months old.

Hi I’m new to this forum looking to make friends. I’m 33 year old guy who is married with two children. I live in West London and would like to meet new people.

Hi Kimi and Moods

Welcome to our very cozy little forum group, you’ll meet some lovely people on here, always happy to recount their stories in order to help people recently diagnosed!

When I saw the name Kimi I thought Raikkenam had joined our ranks! We are big racing fans in our house.

Wishing you both the very best of luck,

Nina x
