New diagnosis and before diagnosis

Hi all,

just had a diagnosis of Ménière’s disease for the loss of hearing, balance vertigo and tinnitus from GP. He did say this was not connected to everything else I have. He gave me some tablets and sent me on my way. So now just trying to find out what I can do to improve this and what I should do next. If anybody else can share anything with me, I would be grateful. Spinning rooms is not a pretty site, especially when it has not been earned by alcolhol…lol xx

Oh bless you!! Menieres is horrible - I have a friend who suffers with it x other than that I don’t really know much about it - how about trying to find a forum or support org where others share their experiences & can give you tips?? xxxjenxxx
