I must say that I never thought that a perfect day would consist of visting the loo making me feel proud of myself. Without being too blatant I am not constipated today and haven’t wet myself - yet! Such an achievement.

A good day for me too-starting Peristeen soon to maintain the good days!

Also good cos I have done something for the first time EVER!

I have made a pie! Yes-really is my first-started off as a bet… But am happy cos has taken me ages and only sliced my finger once and dropped bowl once (didnt break this time!)

As someone else said-its the small things!

I attend an evening class on a Mon-have done for a year or so-but tonight I am in charge of the money and register-its all happening!!! LOL

Have been in bed since Thu poorly-today is first day of feeling human!
