numb feet

Hi everyone. I have relatively mild progressive MS affecting my right hand side, and mainly in my right leg, so I limp a lot and use a stick for walking. I have no pain, but have had continuous numbness in my right foot for about two years. I’m thinking of investing in a foot-massaging machine, so wondering whether anyone else on here has had any success in alleviating numbness by using one - and if so, which model you’d recommend…

I have used an industrial sized power plate at the gym and it definitely warms up cold feet. Sadly, the effect doesn’t last very long, but seems to improve circulation.

Thanks - my feet are usually unbearably hot so warming them up not really a priority! But I’m assuming the numbness is connected to poor circulation, and as its only in my right foot, that it’s a symptom of my MS. I’ve heard it suggested that foot massaging machines at around £150 can reduce pins and needles and numbness so I may give it a go. If the effect wears of after a few minutes, that’s not so good though…
