Can anyone tell me if nicotine spray could be making my symptoms worse? I’ve quit vaping and been using spray but my headaches in the back of my head are getting worse and I’m wondering if it’s that? Painkillers are not even touching my headaches
It sounds like an ideal opportunity to take the next step on your successful path of giving up the evil weed, quit the nicotine spray and see how you get on. (It’s 20 years since my last one, by the way, so yes I do know it isn’t as easy as it sounds. But you have come such a long way already…)

Nicotine spray or other types will add strain to your excruciating headaches.
If they get to Migraine stage, there is risk to more damage to the Central Nervous System.
Difficult but it’s time to make your choice - either continue with Vaping & consequent headaches, or totally stop and notice improvements.
Get mad with nicotine & kick it’s ass x. I gave up 14 years ago, just chose to stop. The feeling to walk past ciggie counters is fab.
