Hi , sorry to read your situation , you may like to research on high dose Vitamin D therapy , Coimbra protocol, Terry Walls through diet, Overcoming MS website , George Jelinek books , also on you tube put Atlas Orthogonal . in UK only one machine it’s in Telford , made a big difference to me . On fb is a group run by Michael Cawley who is naturopath in Dublin using high dose Vit D and detoxing products to rid your body of heavy metal toxins , it works for some , I believe that detoxing is key .
thank u
Hi cathal, I was dx with SPMS 13 years ago, things were fine for 3/4 years till I developed foot drop and have an electric foot lifter (not used as often as it should) supplied by my local MS rehab unit.

thank u is it that er leg wont lift or is it draging
It’s called foot drop, where I have trouble lifting my left foot when walking and it sometimes drags on the ground. Sometimes I keep thinking ‘lift’ as I lift my left leg to help.
