I hope Iām allowed, I live in the United States & I just noticed that at the end of this site shows (.uk) Am I welcomed here or do I need to be sure that I am part of a US forum?

You are very welcome here; we benefit from the wisdom of at least a few forum members worldwide. Do be aware that this the forum of the MS Society in the UK, that most of us on here are from the UK or Ireland and that much of the discussion about how MS is treated and managed has a UK focus.
