Neurologist tomorrow!

Evening all! Soo im off to see the neurologist tomorrow. Had to pay private as the waiting list was to long.

Quick back story i had a fractured hip age 11 fast farward to age 16 i then hd keyhole as i had groths on the hip ball… fast farward to 18… full hip replacement. Over the last 12 months ive found out i have a condition (holes in my bines) and that has basically put a stop on any more surgery. Not very helpfull when the other hip now has growths.

Im here to ponder the question about ms though. Over the last 5 years ive probably had 4,what i call flare ups.
Now each time has been slighly diffrent but the time before last i litrally couldnt walk. Now that was bought on by catching a cold! I know right!. So the last “flare up” i had was about a month ago.
This time round again it was bought on by the snivelling of my noes. But it didnt attack my legs so much this time, more the left side of my head and left eye. My left arm and leg has had a bit of a hard time to but… before you just and say heart attch or stroke … it wasnt. I was checked over at the drs and A&E. When i walked through to see the dr she told me “theres absolutely no point in getting bloods from you, this is nevre related” ok… i calmed down abit at that point as my anxsity was through the roof.
I have logged day by day whag was happening.
But it was really based around my chest, left arm, left pressure in my head and eye. Now i am very heat sensitve left side of my face tingles every day since the flare up but only when im hot if that makes sence. I had a appointment with the optician’s and they checked the eyes thoroughly and said other than the left eye being out of prisom still i had quite a good set of eyes. Oo forgot to add the eye floaters. Allways had them really but since the last flare up they seen to of got worse.

Now im well aware im seeing the dr tomorrow so im not lookjng for a online diagnosis but what i am asking you friendly lot for is…did anybody else have the same or similar systoms as i have.
P.s hot feet at night is a killer!
Hope your all doing the best you can!
Keep safe!
Dan

Damn the hot feet at night!

I had various flare ups over a period of 30+ years, mostly loss of balance, an ability to fall over fresh air on a clear day, fatigue, weird numbness/pins and needles, optic neuritis but they all went away relatively quickly and were put down to reading in dim light/studying too hard - you need glasses (ON), balance and fatigue - too many late and boozy nights - then the weird hand numbness/pins and needles came back and stayed, with a vengeance, spreading to pretty much the entirety of my left side, the balance and fatigue joined in, and stayed, swallowing issues (no fun there); heat intolerance!! I use an ice cooling vest when I’m gardening or exercising; I also got a migraine ice cooling cap which is very helpful with balance/dizziness/fatigue or if the weather is really hot.
