Thanks for posting this,I literally had this happen about 10 minutes ago, it frightened the life quite literally out of me. When I had recovered (I was alone) spat the chocolate out and the noises I was making trying to drag air in,I googled the problem, it’s not the first time but it was very definitely the worst time, your post came up and for some reason I felt slightly reassured that I wasn’t alone.
