Hi Has anyone heard of LDN (low dose naltrexone), developed in the US & as far as I can see is used for alcoholics & people coming off opioid addictions but seems to have lots of positive indications for MS sufferers. Is it available here / under a different drug name? Thanks, Eleanor
Google LDN Research Trust. You’ll find all you need to know. There are thousands of ms people on naltrexone - low dose naltrexone LDN. Some GPs will prescribe on NHS, mine does, but many have to pay for it. About £20 per month.
my gp will prescribe it but i have to send the prescription off to dicksons chemist in glasgow.
before my gp started prescribing it i had to see a private doctor.
