The first time I had a shower chair fitted I slipped straight off it. The non-slip shower basin did not help as I jockeyed myself into some sort of recoverable position. That was a while ago. These days I just press the lifeline and attempt to preserve some dignity whilst awaiting the para-medics.

I fall all the time the art is falling with stile when in company,I’m still in denial even though I’m in a wheelchair most of the time,slowly getting my sense of humour back it’s one of the things ms hasn’t stolen yet
Positivity and smiling take much less energy than scowls so it is a wise way to manage your energy. good job
