Well I finally visited a ms therapy centre and I am so glad I did. What a lovely bunch of people, I was made to feel very welcome. On my second visit I had a massage, wonderful and very good value, the donations fees are very reasonable. I can certainly recommend it, I suppose they do differ throughout the country but I cannot praise the one I attended enough. Just thought I would share this with you all. Karen x

Thanks for that.Im in Hertfordshire and there is a new centre in Buckinghamshire (not to far from me) thought I might give it a go.

i go to the one in trafford park. its a 30 min drive up the M62 but worth it.

i used to go for HBOT but due to sinus problems that is no longer possible for me.

i am on a mindfulness meditation course there. i priced it up at the buddhist centre £250. the ms therapy centre charges £50 and we get a book and 3 cds. the buddhist centre is said to be a beautiful place though.

they offer lots of different therapies so i might book a few of those.

I can thoroughly recommend the MS Therapy Centre in Leicester.

It offers a range of therapies all reasonably priced, free tea and coffee and good company.

Hi Zoe there is a lovely one in Letchworth in Hertfordshire that i go to from time to time. Dont know if thats anywhere near you?
