Hi, you normally have to contact them.
Go on the hospital website for contact details, or phone (unless they already gave you details of course).

Had just posted this question and the phone rang and lo and behold it was the ms nurse calling to arrange an appointment to come and see her.
Thanks Pat, didn’t chase her cos my neuro had told me that he would pass on my details and she would be in touch, which as you can tell from above, she has. Haven’t waited that long really, about a week and a half.

That’s interesting to know - I saw my Neuro 3 weeks ago tomorrow and he advised that the next step would be for an assessment with an MS nurse. I’ve just emailed the neuro’s secretary to see if anything’s been arranged yet, so hopefully that may spur them on a bit!
