Hi all,
Someone in my local group flashed their MS ‘I need some help’ card and were able to go into the supermarket during vulnerable people’s hours.
Don’t know if it will work but very useful to have the card anyway. I showed mine once in a pub as I was desperate for the toilet. Saved the embarrassment of having to explain things.

I could do with one but have no support, no neurologist, or ms nurse and can’t get one from here as I’m not a clinician! just a sufferer! Although I could print one out on paper.
