ms diets , recipes etc

Following on from the recent posts on diet I thought id ask people about meals etc which are good for us and help us eat healthy. Personally I try to limit saturated fats and advoid gluten. This does not mean though that if I went to a resturant I wouldnt enjoy a burger. My stance is moderation on the above as I tried the swank, jenkin diet and lost far too much weight.

If I make cakes I use gluten free flour and rapeseed oil. Mix with lemon juice and zest poppy seeds etc I still add sugar. Does anyone have any recipes whether for cakes, or main meals which are healthy or any good books. I think the more healthy eatting, the less viruses etc and this can have a effect on relapses. I also read that taking flaxseed or hemp seed oil everyday can reduce relapses by 60% so take a spoon full a day as well as vitamins.

Thanks zoe

Hello Zoe I don’t do baking…I’m allergic to the kitchen lol. I like Linwoods shelled hemp. I sprinkle it over my porridge and yoghurt. It contains omega 3,6&9 and is high in protein…I’m not a big meat eater. I love the texture of it
