for those of you that asked to be kept informed;
day 3 into taking it and i slept well from 2am untill 9am. i had my tablets at around 9:30, i felt much more alert anyway. 11
around 11am i went over the park with my wife, son & dog for the first time in month’s!!! brilliantant!
i actually feel like i ‘can’ now rather than ‘i can’t’!!
going over my dad’s tomorrow with my family & i can’t wait!
so far so good, lets hope i keep improving!
