Memory and loss of words

Hi all. Just needed to get this off my chest. I’ve lived with MS for nigh on 30 years and about 10 years ago I started to forget how to use words. I naturally found a solution by describing what I meant which sufficed. But the last year or so i am properly struggling. I am feeling ‘shut out now’ as I am unable to confidently interact with people other than my nearest and dearest. I could scream. I also suffer with fecal incontinence now and although I can ‘manage’ it has confined me to me my home.

Hello. I had a problem with memory and words too, after a hemorrhagic stroke in 2019, which left me with an aphasia.
The Speech and Language Therapist can help retrain your brain with memory and speech exercises.
I’m also reluctant to leave home nowadays, because I’m immunosuppressed, I suffer incontinence and I’m terrified if my pins give up on me while I’m far from home; it’s happened a few times before whilst being out.
Best,
