I’ve today renewed mine and my husband’s membership by phone. I also complimented the lady I spoke to on her telephone manner and the polite professional way she dealt with my call. Also she didn’t just assume it was ok to call me by my first name, addressing me throughout as Mrs G… This is rare these days when contact centre staff automatically call you by your first name. I don’t mind that so much, but it’s polite to wait until you tell them to use your first name. Well done.
