magnesium oil

Don’t know…I haven’t tried it because of the menthol !! I ordered to other one last night, hence why it’s going free to anyone that doesn’t mind the smell of menthol !! But Campion has tried it…see above. It’s worth a try and makes sense given that magnesium tablets seem to help me.

No it wasn’t…I got it…!!!

ooooh! one person on here will disagree with the sarcasm…

It’s kinda lost on me…I’m an advertisers dream !!

Hi all Up last night with terrible leg spasms …I was nearly tempted to use the vile smelling concoction but resisted. However, the postie delivered the odourless one this morning, so when the spasms started again this afternoon just as I settled down to watch the rugby, I liberally sprayed some on and rubbed it in. So far, so good. I can feel a gentle twitching inside my leg but no massive spasm or leg jerking, so I am really pleased. Thanks to Zoe for bringing the subject up and prompting me to buy some Xx

Ps there’s still a menthol one going free for anyone that wants it !!

lt could be ‘horse linement’ - be good on your lasagne.

Yuck !! Put me right off my tea now… !! The smell is awful…but I’m sure there must be someone who likes the smell of menthol ???

Which one…the normal one or goodnight one? X

They’re both BetterYou magnesium oil spray…it’s just that the one going free, I bought by mistake, not realising that it had added menthol and I really don’t like the smell. Xx

Haha, I meant which one ami meant to purchase? The bed one or the normal one…is it the bed one you have as that would explain why it smells? I don’t like methol too much either. Thanks though x

Oh, sorry !! Dammit …and there was me thinking I’d got rid of it !! I got mine off amazon…I just looked at the picture the second time and made sure I didn’t re order the one that says menthol on the front !! It says original spray on mine whereas the stinky one says joint spray. Xx

Haha. Ive purchased the RIGHT one  heehee. Hope it works x

Up date I had a MUCH better nights sleep last night…the muscle twitched internally a bit but no jerking about or pain !! And because I wasn’t kicking MrH all night, he slept too…evidenced by the sound of a great western steam train thundering through our bedroom for most of the night as he blissfully snored his goddamn head off !! Xx

So pleased it’s worked for you to, I wouldn’t be without it. I have also found Epsom bath salts really help although I have to let the bath really cool down before I get in as can’t do hot anymore. Xx

So, last night, I forgot to spray my legs…and subsequently have been awake on and off all night, with terrible spasticity and jerking in my leg. Proof to me that the spray definitely helps and I would recommend you give it a try. Hooooge thanks to Zoe for her top tip !! Xx

The magnesium oil spray l think we all have been buying from amazon is £9 - for 100ml. l see you can get the same oil from Betterforyou for £35 for a litre. So it would be a big saving to share if you have friends near you. l am pleased with it. Shall certainly carry on with it. Did you read on the instructions that you can use it on your teeth/gums - which l thought a bit odd.

Yes…my immediate thought was, uuurrrggghhhhh !!! Xx

I’ve been using this for a few days now, and am sure I noticed a difference, so glad I’m not the only one, which seems to indicate I’m not imagining it!

Also trying the bath flakes too for when the old calf muscles are really angry. Also seems to help, but either way I’ve got lovely smooth skin! According to the packaging Magnesium can be good for psoriasis, which I also have, so double bonus!

Definitely not spraying it in my mouth though!
