I have heard that magnesium oil spray may help me with my night time leg spasms. I wondered whether it is any good, and also if it is OK for long term use.
Never used oil, but take a 200mg tablet of magnesium malate/citrate and that stopped the problem with restless legs. It’s a beneficial mineral and there are quite a few food sources, so unlikely to do any harm.

Hi Yes I use magnesium spray every night it’s brilliant for leg spasms

also I have used it for years not had problems

For most people it is fine. I’m one of the few that gets a reaction to it. Legs get a painful and irritating burning rash.
