Lovely break

Hi Mags

A view of the sea sounds idyllic to me, you must wait for a less windy day and do the prom in your chair, the sound of the waves, smell of the sea with a lovely breeze on your face is so relaxing.

I have only been to Scotland once, and locals told us we were so lucky with the weather, it was lovely and the scenery was fantastic.

Hello Pam sorry i’m late replying… i loved reading all of your message, there definitely is a special magic about the seaside, i love the smells and sounds. I think it takes me back to my childhood, we had some lovely holidays at the seaside. I used to love looking in the rock pools with my dad and my sisters and we would make sand castles and bury each other in the sand and have fantastic seaweed fights. When my children were little we would take them and they loved it too. Its so much harder now with a wheelchair… we were at Scarborough a couple of weeks ago but the wheelchair isn’t beach friendly so we just stayed on the prom. I felt sad anyway because that was when Frazer was ill so it didn’t feel right being without him.
