Yesterday I tried some almost effortless cooking. It took some organisation and conscientious tidying away but I made it stress free.

Steve, I loved it…I feel hungry now… the pictures of it looked wonderful…Lee’s our chief cook at this house and he loves using the spices and always fresh ginger. i think the nuts you meant were cashews ?
