Ladies, have you any advice ?

Hi, hope you’re all well. So I’m having a few issues down below, I have a grade 1 bladder prolapse and a virginal 1 too, now I’ve been given cream for the virginal 1 and that seems to be working, the bladder 1 is only mild, so nothing for that, I’ve been back to my GP today as the feelings I’m getting down below are really uncomfortable, I feel the need to urinate all the time and around the uretha is uncomfortable, so my GP has referred me to gynaecology to see if they offer any advice, if they can’t and feel everything looks ok, she fears it could be related to the MS, possible nerve pain, now I get a lot of nerve pain in other parts of my body, so I guess its possible, all though I’m hoping not, as I don’t want to think I’ll have to live with this, anyway I just wondered if anyone on here had a similar issue, thanks in advance.
Jean

Hi Greenhouse
Sorry to hear you’re having troubles down below. Hope the Gynae team are able to figure out a way to make you more comfortable. Don’t know if it is due to (or in part due to) MS, but it sounds like this is more of a Gynae issue than an MS one - I haven’t had a prolapse but a couple of friends have, and it was very uncomfortable; they both had surgery to correct the problem and the discomfort went away. Fingers crossed you get relief from this as soon as possible.

Thank you TheresaB for your reply, I’m really hoping its gynae, because I really don’t want it to be MS, I’ve had a hysterectomy , with cervic’s removed, so I know its not that, so hoping like your friends there’s something to be done, thanks again,
Jean
