Anyone have knowledge of Alendronic Acid? As if MS is not enough Osteoporosis, any info would be much appreciated don’t like the sound of AA much.

U have started it yes i have osteoporosis as well though my diet is not to fault consultant said it was my age. I take it once a week take it first thing in the morning drink plenty and you should be fine as you only take it once per week it doesnt hit your stomach as bad but eat a good breakfast with it and that should put a lining on your stomach
