I don’t have MS but am a female in a wheelchair in Australia with a Neuromuscular disorder called Inclusion Body Myositis. For the last few years have been buying velcro front gusset opening undies from Discretely Different aka Titan Clothing so I can use a female urinal bottle at night. These were designed by an MS sufferer named Josie. It looks like the company has closed down. Does anyone know if another supplier has taken over producing or selling these? Have purchased undies with velcro along the side seams from the UK from Adaptaware but they are quite flimsy and look like a fiddle. My last option would be to get a seamstress to modify conventional undies. It’s just the Josie had a longer gusset to allow for a big pad to be put in which helps if the bottle placement isn’t quite right.
