Its been a year...... update time

Sooooo I realised i havnt been on here for a long time. The last time it was before my diagnosis. I had a scan and was given a diagnosis of RRMS. Its been a rollarcoaster of a year with many up and downs. I have started on copaxone injections. I would say my mood has been greatly affected by it. I have goid days and bad days but hope my mind can heal abit more. I wonder if theres anything anyone can suggest to help me relax abit more ? X
