Hi everyone, I’m looking for recommendations for an injection diary/tracker book. I’ve been using Copaxone for about 12 months and found the Connections injection tracker book really helpful for noting injection sites and symptoms. Unfortunately, I’ve finished the book and it’s no longer available. Any suggestions? I prefer a paper copy over apps. Thanks! 
I’m amazed they stopped doing it, I was on Copaxone about 10 years ago and that book was bloody fantastic. I’ve no idea what I’m talking about here, but could you self publish one using AI??
