Ignorance!!

In all honesty, no! none of them would have any more RIGHT to the seat than any of the others (unless the seat was specifically designated as a priority seat for disabled/elderly etc). Who gets the seat is totally up to the morals of the other passengers.

It was the moral point I was trying to make!

If everyone should be treated equally then why does the supermarket car park which Spud has so much trouble with have 10 mother & baby spaces and only 2 disabled bays? Clearly, there are instances where there is discrimination and not in favour of the disabled.

I’m firmly in favour of treating everyone with an equal chance in life but in the case of someone with a disability that sometimes means giving them a little extra help to make their opportunities equal, especially if you consider ALL types of disability. That is why at work and school the disabled are covered by The Equality Act.
