How has this popped up again? I did walk on the last day of term, the 21st July, mostly because we had staff farewells and there’s always a bit of alcohol on offer. I had a cold beer as it was very hot and then a couple of glasses of wine. It didn’t make my walking any more wobbly than usual and when I arrived home I was definitely ready for the toilet followed by my afternoon sleep lol!

PS Carole, that sitcom may have been a bit before my time. I do remember Hilda Baker though. I’m sure she was in another sitcom in the 70s where she used to answer the phone with something like “Hello, Brown Cow”, Was that her?
