I have Trigeminal neuralgia and I have had two operations and I need another one. I have suffered very painfully and now I’m thinking of killing the trigeminal nerve. Can anyone tell me the bard news if I have the nerve killed.

Hi Derek,
I haven’t heard anyone on here talking about having that nerve “killed” however my mother in law had neck and shoulder nerves “killed” and had no ill effects.
Have you tried posting in everyday living? There’s a lot more people on that section of the forum so you might just find someone who can help you more.

many people have botox injections for ms symptoms.
i would think this just blocks the nerve rather than killing it.
