I feel like €$¥*

Hi Catherine So glad you’re starting to feel better but the flu jab will only cover you for the rest of this winter. You will need another jab next autumn/winter. Ideally in about October time before the flu germs start. Teresa xx

Oh, WHAT!!?? It really blooming hurt. And I’m starting to feel rubbish again!!

Perhaps you overdid it today and that’s why you’re feeling bad again. Did you tell the surgery that you had just had flu when you had the jab? It may have not been the right time to have it - I don’t know if that’s the case though! Teresa xx

Yeah. I told the nurse, ironically, her husband was diagnosed with MS, the day before me, so she understood. She said the flu would’ve exacerbated the MS and vice versa and that it’s not unusual if you have a “chronic health condition” to feel off for up to 48 hours after the jab. She said possibly aches and flu like symptoms. But she did say it could take several more weeks of rest and looking after myself to get over this relapse coupled with the flu. Xx

Well, at least she told you what to expect. Let’s hope you feel better again really soon. Teresa xx

Gosh, I hope so, Teresa. I am sick of being sick. I need my life back please.

You’ll get there honey, Teresa xx

Aah. Thanks. Xx

just thought I would drop you a line to see if you are feeling better

Aah, thanks. The flu has def gone but the MS symptoms have got worse. I have two dead legs this morning and had spasms all last night. But I firmly believe that it’s time for this to “do one”!!! And I am going to make sure it does with loads of positive thinking!! This relapse started in August and I was diagnosed n September, so I really think that it has had it’s fair share of me this year and it owes me my life back!! Am getting angry with it!! Xx
