Hi all
I’m yet to be diagnosed - only just started the investigation process.
I have just come out of a hot bath and from my feet to half way up my calfs are tingling. So is the top of my back/shoulders.
Is this normal in MS?

I no longer have hot baths. Always made my symptoms worse.
Im not diagnosed yet so couldnt not say, but i think every is sure what it is but wont say
Yep, it’s pretty normal in MS. Heat & humidity can cause a temporary worsening of symptoms.
It’s not the only condition this happens in btw, and it doesn’t happen to everyone with MS so try not to read too much into it.
Wee bit of trivia (thanks to Bren, aka Yawn): before MRI etc, neuros used to put patients with suspected MS into hot baths as part of the diagnostic process!
